Privacy Policy

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can tell you when Waygo is available.

If you pre-order a device or start a Waygo+subscription, we collect the name, email, and shipping details you provide. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store order status so you can look up an order by its order number.

The site uses session cookies for signed-in account and dashboard access (waygo_account_session and waygo_dashboard_session). Staff dashboard analytics are internal order metrics, not visitor tracking. The marketing site does not install third-party marketing analytics today.

The app signs you in with Firebase Authentication through Google or Apple. We receive your user id and, when the provider sends them, your email, display name, and photo URL.

If you save places in the app, we store those locations and favorites on your account. You can also set a ride preference (bike, motorcycle, or car). Waygo+billing goes through Stripe. The app can show published trail cities and routes, subscribe you to optional push topics, and download firmware updates.

This policy covers saved places you choose to store. It does not describe live GPS tracking beyond that.
