Terms of Use

The site is for learning about Waygo, joining the waitlist, tracking an order, and, when offered, placing a pre-order or managing a Waygo+ subscription.

Waitlist signup does not guarantee a device or a ship date. Content on the site may change as the product develops.

The companion app is for iOS and Android. You need an account (Google or Apple sign-in) to save places, set a ride preference, manage Waygo+, and receive firmware updates.

You are responsible for how you use the app on the road. The app and device are navigation aids. They do not replace attention, traffic law, or your judgment.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other accounts. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.

Waygo is a handheld navigation HUD for bikes and motorcycles. It pairs over Bluetooth and shows glanceable turn cues. A phone and the companion app are required for maps and pairing.

Pre-orders are paid through Stripe. A charge is a purchase of a device we intend to ship when that batch is ready. Estimated timing on the site is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Title and risk of loss pass when we hand the device to the carrier. See Warranty for defects, shipping, and returns, and Safety for how the device is meant to be used.

Waygo+ is an optional paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. Device hardware and the subscription are separate: canceling Waygo+does not return the device, and returning a device does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Keep your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. These products are not directed at children.

Sthalabs, the site, the app, and Waygo remain our intellectual property. You get a limited license to use them as intended, not to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the software except as the law allows.

Navigation can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Ride as if the device and app might fail. To the extent the law allows, Sthalabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including accidents, missed turns, or lost time.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue, unless the law requires more.
